学生時代は剣道に打ち込み、インターハイや国体にも出場。17歳の時にイエス・キリストと出会い、神学校で聖書を学ぶ。
2004年、家族と数人の仲間と共に名古屋でヒズコールチャーチを開拓。2014年には名古屋・大須に会堂を建設。
牧師としてだけでなく経営者としての経験も持ち、若い世代、社会人、ファミリーなど幅広い世代を導いている。
ヒズコールチャーチは現在、数十カ国から人々が集うインターナショナルチャーチへと成長。日本語と英語によるバイリンガル礼拝を通して、多様な文化背景を持つ人々が共に神を礼拝している。
滋賀県出身。妻・由美、長女・花咲（かさき）、長男・亜音（あろん）の４人家族。「夫婦、家族がミニストリーの基本」がモットー。

As a student, Masato devoted himself to kendo and competed in both national and inter-high school championships.
At the age of 17, he encountered Jesus Christ and later studied the Bible at Bible school.
In 2004, together with his family and a small group of believers, he founded HIS CALL CHURCH in Nagoya. In 2014, the church established its own building in Osu, the heart of Nagoya.
In addition to serving as a pastor, Masato is also a business owner, bringing a unique perspective to ministry. Today, HIS CALL CHURCH has grown into an international congregation representing dozens of countries and cultures, offering bilingual worship services and messages in both Japanese and English.
He is originally from Shiga Prefecture. Masato and his wife Yumi have two children, Kasaki and Aron.

小学生の頃から「人はなんのために生きてるのか」の答えを求めて生きてきた。家は仏教熱心でその中で答えを見出そうとした。
でも15歳の時、兄が連れて行ってくれた教会で「福音」を初めて聞く。わたしを創造した神がいる。その方が愛。そしてイエスキリストの十字架がその愛の現れだと。その時「神様は愛」と言う真理を聞きクリスチャンになる。
そして家族で名古屋にヒズコールチャーチを設立し「壁のない教会」を目指し、教会の一階をカフェにして牧師と会社両方に携わっている。趣味はキックボクシング。

Since elementary school, Yumi searched for the answer to the question, "What is the purpose of human life?" My family was devoted to Buddhism, and I tried to find the answer in that.
But when I was 15 years old, my older brother took me to a church where I heard the "GOSPEL" for the first time. I discovered that there is a God who created me and He is love. The cross of Jesus Christ is the manifestation of that love. At that time, I heard the truth that "God is love" and became a Christian.
With her family, she established HIS CALL CHURCH in Nagoya, aiming to be "a church without walls." They turned the first floor of the church into a café, connecting with the community while serving in both pastoral ministry and business leadership. Her hobby is kickboxing.
